My computer's WiFi has disappeared. What happened?

Check the available networks and see if it is still listed. If it is, it may not be set to connect automatically. If NO WiFi networks appear, make sure you are not in Airplane mode.

Most often, the most effective way to free up space is to delete large picture or video files. Most kinds of online storage will even allow you see the size of the files. The bigger the size, the faster you'll have free space again.

I accidentally gave some information to a person by text/phone/email and now I'm starting to think it might have been a scam. What should I do?

• Think carefully through the conversation. If you gave them anyone's information, even just a name, reach out and let that person know before they become the next target.
• If you gave them any user names or account passwords, change the passwords right away.
• If you gave them any information about yourself (high school, mother's maiden name, birth date, pet's name, favorite movie, wife's name, etc) make sure to change any passwords that have that information as a part of it.
• Check for unexpected activity on any account you discussed with them (GMail, Amazon, iTunes, etc.) and if any money has been spent that you didn't spend, you should contact that company immediately, and also file a police report.
